Natural Facial Fitness

Face Yoga.
Self-Care.
Confidence.

Radiant skin, inner confidence, and a life you love — the natural way.

Three questions, and I’ll tell you the one thing to start with.

Odette, founder of The Glow Method
Hi, I’m Odette

I help women glow from the inside out.

Through face yoga, self-care rituals, and a powerful mindset, I teach women how to look and feel their best—naturally.

This is your time.

My Story

A life made of many beginnings.

I spent more than twenty years working the floor as a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas. It taught me discipline, resilience, and how deeply people want to feel seen. Then I opened a bakery — which taught me courage, creativity, and the willingness to begin again.

Later I travelled through Asia and trained professionally as a baker, because I had decided somewhere along the way to keep giving myself permission to learn. Face yoga came after that. I studied the face and neck, posture, fascia, and the daily habits that quietly shape how we look and feel.

I did not create The Glow Method from a place of perfection. I created it from curiosity, personal practice, and the belief that women deserve to understand their faces without fear. This is not about becoming younger. It is about becoming more connected to the woman you are today.

You are not broken. You do not need fixing.

What I teach, and the order I teach it in

01

Awareness before correction

You cannot soften what you have never noticed. We start by looking, not fixing.

02

Support before force

The face responds to being held, not pulled. Gentleness is the technique, not the compromise.

03

Consistency before perfection

Two minutes most days beats twenty minutes once. The women who change are the women who return.

04

Confidence before comparison

Aging is not the loss of beauty. It is the evolution of beauty. Your face is not a mistake.

Two Ways To Glow

Start wherever you are. They work on their own, and they work together.

The Glow Diary by Odette Orola — ninety days of coming back to yourself
One · Live it

The Glow Diary

Ninety dated days of prompts, letters and quiet pages, written for the woman who has been last on her own list for a long time.

  • One thing asked of you a day — most evenings want a line or two, and some only ask you to circle a word
  • Thirteen letters from Odette, and a page to write back
  • Permission slips, for the things nobody gives you permission to do
  • 240 pages, 7×10, cream paper — a keepsake, not a workbook
$24.99 paperback · hardcover $39.99

Two · Do it together

The Glow Session

Forty-five unhurried minutes with Odette — your face, your questions, your pace. Bring the thing you actually want to work on, whether that is your jaw, your energy, the way you talk to yourself, or starting something new at 55.

  • Confirmed the moment you book
  • Reschedule free up to 24 hours before
  • Never a group call, and no package to commit to

Build a business people care about

Before The Glow Method, I built Odette’s Bakery & Wellness Shoppe from the ground up in South Carolina. In approximately one year, its Facebook community grew from zero to more than 30,000 followers.

I know what it feels like to begin with no audience and keep showing up until people start to notice, care, and come back.

Now I’m sharing what I learned with small-business owners who want honest, practical help telling their story online.

No formulas. No promises of overnight success. Just real guidance from someone who has built it herself.

I felt like I’d lost my glow as Odette calls it and that part of my life was behind me. Odette helped me bring it back and I’m forever grateful to this sweet woman.

I met Odette while traveling and we got to know each other. I was going through some later in life female things. You can guess what those things were. Her advice even beyond the face yoga techniques she showed me, helped me so much and gave me hope. I’ll be friends with her forever.

Forever grateful for the deep conversations I’ve had with Odette. I needed someone to talk to and felt so alone in some of my health struggles until we talked. She is a God send and I’m so happy to see her doing well. You should meet her if you can. She’s very helpful.

Some mornings you need it in writing.

Two lines worth remembering, printed large — on a heavyweight garment‑dyed tee that gets softer every single wash, and on a racerback tank for the warm months.
