Privacy Policy

This site is run by Odette Orola (“we”, “us”). This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. If anything here is unclear, email hellobeautiful@glowwithodette.com and we will answer you personally.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you choose to give it to us through one of the signup boxes on this site.
• Booking details — your name, email and appointment time — if you book a session. Square processes and stores this on our behalf; we can see your name, email and appointment through our Square account, but we never see or store your card details.
• Your name, email and message, if you use the “Say hello” contact form. This is handled by our web host, Netlify, and delivered to us.
• A business coaching application, if you apply for Business & Social Media Coaching — this may include your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred way for Odette to contact you, an optional business name or online page, and what you tell us about what you are building, where you feel stuck, and what you would like to change. This is handled by our web host, Netlify, and delivered to us.
• A tee order, if you buy something from our shop. The shop is run for us by Printify, and your name, delivery address, email and order details are handled there so the shirt can be printed and posted to you. Your card is processed by Stripe at their checkout. We never see or store your card number.
• Anything you write to us directly by email.

What we do with it

We use your email address to send you the free guide you asked for and, after that, occasional emails about face yoga, the books and coaching. That is all. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anybody, ever.

If you submit a business coaching application, we use what you share only to review your inquiry, respond to you, arrange a complimentary conversation when it seems like a good fit, and discuss possible coaching together. Submitting a business coaching application does not subscribe you to our marketing emails or add you to our mailing list — that only happens if you separately choose to sign up for the free letter or newsletter.

If you give us a phone number, it is only ever used to call you about this application, and only when you’ve told us you’re open to a call. We do not use it for marketing calls or text messages, and we will never call you about anything else without asking first.

Who else touches your data

• Kit (kit.com) stores our email list and sends the emails.
• Netlify (netlify.com) hosts this website and processes both the “Say hello” contact form and the business coaching application form.
• Square (squareup.com) handles session bookings and payments. We never see or store your card details.
• Amazon sells and ships the printed books. Any order you place is between you and Amazon, under their privacy policy.
• Printify (printify.com) runs our tee shop at glow-with-odette.printify.me and prints and posts the shirts. They handle the order, the delivery details and customer support for anything you buy there, under their privacy policy.
• Stripe (stripe.com) takes the payment when you buy a tee. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
• Our web host serves the pages you are reading.

Cookies

This site does not run advertising or tracking cookies. It stores two small values in your own browser — one to remember that you have already seen the free-gift popup, and one to remember that you have already subscribed so we stop showing it to you. They never leave your device and we cannot read them. Clearing your browser data removes both.

Leaving the list

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. You can also email us and we will take you off by hand.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to hellobeautiful@glowwithodette.com and we will do it within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests the same way.

Children

This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
