What this site is
This site offers face yoga instruction, self-care writing, printed books, one-to-one Glow Sessions, and small-business and social media coaching inquiries. Everything here is educational and supportive in nature.
This is not medical advice
Odette is a certified face yoga coach. She is not a doctor, dermatologist, physiotherapist or licensed therapist, and nothing on this site — on the pages, in the books, in the diary or in a session — is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a skin condition, an injury, recent facial surgery or dental work, a nerve condition, or any health concern at all, speak to your own doctor before starting. Stop if anything hurts. You take part at your own risk.
No promised results
Faces, bodies and lives differ. We make no guarantee about what any particular person will see or feel, in any particular timeframe. Anything described on this site is what the practice involves, not a promise of outcome.
Sessions
- The Glow Session is 45 minutes, one to one, priced at $35.
- Booking and payment are handled by Square. Their terms apply to the transaction.
- You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.
- Inside 24 hours, or if you do not attend, the session is treated as taken. Life happens — write to us and we will always try to be reasonable.
- Odette may end a session early if a client is abusive. That is the only circumstance.
Business and social media coaching
A business coaching application is an inquiry, not acceptance into a coaching engagement. Submitting an application does not obligate you to purchase anything and does not guarantee that Odette will offer you a discovery call.
The discovery call, when offered, is complimentary and creates no obligation to purchase. If we agree to move forward, the recommended scope, deliverables, price, payment terms and scheduling details will be provided to you separately, in writing, before any paid engagement begins.
Odette does not guarantee follower growth, revenue, sales, reach, engagement, or any other specific business outcome. Her own results building Odette’s Bakery & Wellness Shoppe’s Facebook community are a description of what she did, not a promise of what any client will achieve. You remain responsible for your own business decisions, platform accounts, content, legal compliance and financial decisions.
Please never send a password or payment information through the application form. We will never ask you to.
Books and the diary
The printed books are sold, shipped and returned through Amazon. Your order is a contract between you and Amazon, and Amazon’s returns policy is the one that applies. We cannot refund or replace a book we did not sell you.
The tees
The shirts are sold through our shop at glow-with-odette.printify.me, which is run for us by Printify. You pay at their checkout, and they print the shirt and post it to you. Their terms and privacy policy apply to that purchase alongside these.
Every shirt is made to order — nothing is sitting in a box waiting. It is printed only after you buy it, which is why returns and exchanges are not available for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please do check the size chart on the tees page before you order; it is there for exactly this reason, and the cut is a roomy one.
If your shirt turns up damaged, misprinted or faulty, that is a different matter and we will put it right. Email the support address on your order confirmation within 30 days of it being delivered, with a photograph of the problem, and you will be offered a free reprint or a refund. If a parcel is lost or comes back to sender because the delivery address was wrong, the product price is refunded.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Printing and post both take as long as they take, and we cannot promise a date. If something has clearly gone astray, write to hellobeautiful@glowwithodette.com and we will chase it with you.

The words, photographs, artwork and page designs on this site and in the books belong to Odette Orola. You are very welcome to quote a short passage with credit and a link. Please don’t reproduce whole articles, chapters or diary pages, or resell them, without written permission.

Where we link to Amazon or anywhere else, we are not responsible for what is on the other end of the link.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising out of this site, the books or a session is limited to the amount you actually paid us.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do.
