The Glow Diary
Ninety dated days of prompts, letters and quiet pages, written for the woman who has been last on her own list for a long time. Some evenings it asks you for a sentence. Some evenings it asks you to circle one word and close the book.

What Ninety Days Looks Like
Part One — Noticing
Weeks one to four. Nothing to fix yet. You are only learning to see the woman in front of you without immediately correcting her.
Part Two — Tending
Weeks five to nine. The small, unglamorous, repeated things — and what it feels like to be on the receiving end of your own care.
Part Three — Becoming
Weeks ten to thirteen, ending in a six-part Day Ninety, where you read back your own ninety days in your own handwriting.
Six Kinds Of Evening
The week is deliberately unpredictable. A page you can guess is a page you can decide about before you open it.
REFLECTION DAYS
One prompt above the rule. Everything below it is marked “if you have more in you — and only if you do”.
CIRCLE DAYS
Nothing to write. A field of words, and you circle who you were today. Thirty seconds, and it counts.
NOTICING DAYS
Odette tells you something small she saw — just a line or two. One line back, if you feel like it.
ONE-WORD DAYS
One big ruled line across the page. One word. That is the whole entry, and it is a finished one.
BODY DAYS
Where you are holding it today — the jaw, the brow, behind the eyes, somewhere else entirely.
OPEN PAGES
Ruled or dotted, and nothing asked at all. For the evenings when you have more to say than a prompt would hold.
Five of the ninety days are permission slips — a formal bordered slip you sign and date. To rest before you have earned it. To say no without a reason. To age. To want more. They offer the permission many women spend years waiting for someone else to give them.
The book that teaches the practice is on its way.
The Glow Diary carries the ninety days on its own — you do not need anything else to start. The Glow Method, where Odette lays out the practice itself, is being finished now.
I’m finishing this up soon! ♥ Odette
